REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data mining, business analysis, and/or statistics.
- SQL Skills: Experience using SQL for ETL/Data Management.
- BI Tools: Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Programming Languages: Strong experience with statistical or general programming languages such as Python or R.
- Desktop Computing: Desktop computing skills and experience using word processing, spreadsheet (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and presentation graphics (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) software programs.
- Functional Backgrounds: Relevant functional backgrounds include Marketing Analysis, Marketing Response Modeling, Financial Modeling, Database Marketing, or Statistical Modeling & Forecasting.
- Presentation Skills: Proven success in presenting complex data to non-technical, senior leaders in an organization.
- Strategic Discussions: Ability to interact and conduct strategic discussions with multi-divisional leaders.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, passionate about marketing, nutrition, and driving results.
- Degree: Must possess a BS degree in Applied Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or other quantitative science (STEM discipline). MS/MBA or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline preferred. Additional relevant experience beyond the requirements above could substitute for graduate education.
