Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Curam Developer to lead our development team. The
ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the latest versions of Curam and a proven track
record of delivering complex solutions. This role involves strategic planning, architecture design, and
mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Curam solutions.
- Define architecture and design patterns for Curam applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Curam applications.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Curam technologies and industry trends.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they are met on schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Curam development.
- In-depth knowledge of the Curam Social Program Management platform.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong experience with SQL, database design, and management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Experience with Agile development practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certification in Curam development.
- Experience in government or social services projects.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
