Description:

Oversees demand process trough directly communication with Customers, Commercial and vendor scheduler-MPS departments , critical to plant short to long term operations performance by creating monthly Sales Inventory Operations Plan. Capable to provide coaching and training to peer and team member. Responsible for meeting the AOP and SIOP goals on weekly and monthly inventory targets and supplier and customer delivery metrics.

  • Oversees Sales Order Management.
  • Handling expedites requests from the Customer.
  • Providing recovery dates for any schedules that will not ship on time.
  • Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and Customer.
  • Direct interface with customer for expediting and order placement issues.
  • Oversees CS Team forecasting for current plus 3 months.
  • As part of the operations team, responsible of plant performance metrics (Customer PD & OTTR, Shipments, Premium Freights, etc)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
  • 6+ years’ experience in Customer Service or similar role
  • SAP (preferred)/ MRP
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
  • Logistic/Transportation process.
  • English proficient (Advanced)
  • Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent organizational ability and effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
