Position Objective
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Your main task will be to manage customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service in adherence to our established guidelines. You will interact with customers via different communication channels, such as mail, phone, and fax, promptly and professionally addressing their requirements. Furthermore, you will work closely with both internal and external partners to guarantee customer contentment and effectively implement resolutions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent social skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in English
- Experience with SAP System and C4s System
- Preferably experience in a customer quote/order administrator/support role
- The ability to process customer needs according to instructions and internal guidelines/SOPs
- Strong administration and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities and effectively manage priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
