Demand Generation Representative
We have an opportunity for a Demand Generation Representative to join our Building Automation (BA) Team at Honeywell in Prague, CZ. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager CEE, your focus will be on preparing solutions based on customer requirements, supporting account managers, making follow-up calls and providing high-quality customer service. You will be also working with channel partners to build an opportunities pipeline and analyze competitors’ solutions. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
KEY EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:
- +3 years of related work experience (must have)
- Deep knowledge of BMS / automation / HVAC market (must have)
- Excellent communication skills, English and Romanian language knowledge (must have) + Bulgarian (nice to have)
- Proven operational and organizational competencies
- Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Setting strategy and action plan for CEE region for the targeted verticals in coordination with global vertical leader.
- Preparing tender specifications and project designs
- Building team competence, participating in product launches, collaboration with R&D
- Leading local strategic campaigns
- Generating qualified leads that can be transferred to account managers and finally converted into orders
- Virtual and F2F customer visits
- Using SalesForce.com and other CRM tools to record and input customer information, contact information, activity, sales opportunities, and wins
- Supporting the organizations revenue & profit growth strategies
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing and new customers
