This role will be responsible for delivery of accurate and timely Demand Forecasts, achieving consensus through the DMR process enabling the market & Global supply chain operation to maximize Hasbro’s profit & customer service. This will include creating, phasing and maintaining a 24-month rolling consensus forecast in collaboration with internal partners such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and Management teams.
The main goal is to maximize sales and service levels to our accounts, while minimizing inventory and obsolescence. This role will also be suggesting process improvements and efficiencies in demand planning process & capabilities.
