About the Role
The Technical Operations team creates and maintains the infrastructure that runs the Espressive Barista SaaS product.

About the Responsibility

• Identify and plan improvements to the infrastructure
• Prioritize tasks and groom the backlog
• Implement and enforce company policy regarding infrastructure and security
• Support developers in implementing infrastructure to support new features
• Support customer success team to implement customer solutions
• Ensure that the infrastructure is running, reliable and performant
• Write automated scripts for infrastructure automation
• Participate in On Call rotation
• Maintain the confidentiality, Non-competition, Non-solicitation,Non solicitation and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.
• Follow the Handbook and code of conduct conditions

Skills or Qualifications Required

• 5 – 10 years scripting experience (ie. Python/Bash )
• 4 years minimum experience as a full stack developer for web applictions
• 4 years minimum database experience, as a developer, optimizer and an administrator
• 4 years minimum experience with cloud infrastrucures ( AWS, GCP, Azure )
• 5-10 years System Administration / DevOps experience
• 4 years experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, puppet, Ansible, etc)
• Experience with CI/CD solutions ( Jenkins, CircleCI ) preferred
• Troubleshooting complex problems across multiple codebases and multiple technologies
• Strong English skills required
• Writing technical documentation
• BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering required
• Network design and implementation (firewalls, vpn, routing, segregation)
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
• Experience implementing compliance programs such as Fedramp, SOC2, etc
• Experience implementing centralized Monitoring, logging and alerting solutions
• Experience implementing security vulnerability management programs
• Working with multiple teams and balancing conflicting priorities
• Critical evaluation of proposed and current solutions
• Strong Risk Management skills
• Strong Attention to detail
• Managing large projects from inception through design, implementation to completion
• Fight to implement the correct solution, rather than the expedient one
