This Senior Director/Analyst will provide actionable insights to Gartner clients (who are tech services leaders) who are planning, creating, and managing application services practices and offerings in both corporate and cloud environments. This role will also predict and project how application services market trends will impact end clients in their service solutions initiatives and decisions.
The successful candidate will have a vision for how application services will evolve, and what Gartner’s service provider clients in this market, must do to succeed. We look for practical, operational and commercial, experience creating and bringing to market services solutions, the creation of differentiated services offerings, driving impact for clients, as well as growth and profitability at the practice level. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry experience across various application services (domains, COTS, custom), and have experience in consulting, implementation, management, and support in this space.
