Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of work experience across consulting, executive engagements, or speaker bureaus, preferably in the cloud / enterprise SaaS / software industry
- Passion for and demonstrated success understanding and fulfilling internal or external customer needs; problem-solver mindset; ability to take big ideas and make them simple and digestible
- Deep experience in interacting with broad spectrum of CxOs w a passion for storytelling, narrative structure and design
- Command for building consensus amongst numerous high-powered stakeholders and pushing forward to tangible output/outcomes quickly
- Proven capability of building and leading high-performing teams, either in a direct or indirect/matrixed capacity
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive - must thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong ability to prioritize
- High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills
- The willingness and ability to travel ~30% of the time
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of <>, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. Responsibilities:
This is an extraordinary opportunity to partner daily with our Executive Practitioners to elevate CxO engagements, increase wallet share, and curate thought leadership.
We are looking for a brilliant storyteller, who can communicate the ServiceNow mission from a variety of perspectives. As ServiceNow grows and we engage with executives across all industries, our narrative is more important than ever.
This role will be part of the Transformation Office (TO) and partner closely with field sales, marketing and product teams to help scale CCO, CDIO, CTO, DTLT impact by creating and executing an events driven customer engagement strategy.
Event Strategy and Planning
- Create exec-level summary view of event strategy (TO and Now on Now) and ensure alignment with key marketing stakeholders
- Rolling quarterly planning of comprehensive events strategy for CCO/DTLT/CTO executive practitioners and Now on Now
- Establish relationships with field marketing to increase ROI with those events
- Assist in developing key themes and messages for agenda / content
- Documented game plan of all NOW hosted and 3rd party events cross referenced to each practitioner
- Strategize and document game plan for “optimal” Now on Now experience across all relevant events globally
- Proactively determine 3rd party event strategy (is it worth it, is there a speaking opportunity, etc.)
Event Execution
- Plan, create, track, and communicate milestones for main NOW events (SKO, FF, K2X, WF, Summits)
- Coordinate Advocate & Exec support on audience acquisition activities (curated emails, top targets by region/leader, etc.). Own invite process for TO (aligned with Mktg/Sales or exec initial outreach or follow ups).
- Coordinate support from Advocate staff and Now on Now team
- Scale comms across EA’s to ensure team is up to speed on key logistics
- Coordinate program logistics including production support
- Drive ABM activities across key accounts for Now on Now digital events (at scale Marquee motion)
- Create a follow-up/reporting on each event (client themes/insights, meetings, pipeline touched, next steps)
