QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a STEM-related field; master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT transformations and program management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in long-term planning, technology strategies, and tools for analyzing business data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experience in multinational environments with cross-cultural dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic efforts, including IT & digital strategy with finance, IT quarterly business reviews (QBR’s), decision reviews for M&A impacts, prioritization summits between business IT and IT Shared Services, and overall IT & digital portfolio governance.
  • Facilitate regular in-person (quarterly) and virtual (monthly) meetings with IT leaders to ensure alignment on strategy, finances, and key decisions.
  • Partner with Internal Audit and external auditors to manage IT portfolio requirements (ITGC and SDLC).
  • Drive cross-divisional prioritization summits to align business IT and Shared Services and facilitate critical investment decisions.
  • Implement standard IT program management practices, driving consistency across portfolios with Shared Services and PMOs.
  • Manage and optimize key indicators for IT performance, employing Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Encourage the utilization of our internal data platform for Global IT and Digital, with a focus on automating reporting, improving strategic insights, and streamlining user experiences.
  • Promote and expand standard methodologies across IT, including improvement initiatives, guidance programs, diversity initiatives, and more.
