Summary: Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive membership programs that enhance customer loyalty, drive revenue growth, and foster a sense of community among our members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic vision for membership programs aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Program Development: Design, launch, and manage innovative membership programs to attract and retain customers, driving increased engagement and loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of membership programs, ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to integrate membership programs seamlessly into overall business strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through personalized and exclusive membership benefits, services, and offerings. Evaluate new member-based programs and partnerships, developing strategies, program design, and implementation/go-to-market plans.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years progressively responsible experience in Marketing, Strategy, Product development, with at least 5 years experience leading a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-channel retail company with revenue of $2B+
  • Innovative and strategic thinking related to loyalty programs, credit card and member-based programs, membership loyalty.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing function and competencies including strategic planning, program management and measurement, membership loyalty, co-brand credit cards.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing membership programs in a retail or similar industry.

Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
