Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience of prior procurement or supply chain.
  • Must have expertise in negotiating complex contracts (technology contracts preferred).
  • Must have expertise in developing sourcing strategies and category plans.
  • Must have prior experience managing complex internal and external relationships.
  • Must have proven results in driving savings on behalf of the company.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors, MBA, CPSM or similar
  • Relevant experience in operational management
  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting in terms of budgeting, cost management, financial accounting, treasury, risk management
  • Excellent business partnering with functions like IT, finance, HR, legal, communications skills, and strong process focus
  • Strong industry experience and knowledge Procurement and Supply Chain best practices
  • Familiarity with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions to mitigate legal risk
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
  • Experience with ERP/ P2P/S2C systems

Responsibilities:

An experienced professional who provides leadership and oversight for the Sourcing & Procurement Operations group. Oversees team efforts related to building, maintaining and updating the processes, systems and information flows required for effective Enterprise Procure-to-Pay systems, reporting, contract management, spend classification, spend analysis and other support related to Strategic Sourcing and Category Management activities. Also includes activities associated with event execution and analytics, TCO analysis and project management. Contributes to and as required oversees contract-related audits to ensure information is fully accurate and reliable.
