Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Sr. Director, Pharma Project Management role is to manage the acceleration and delivery of early and late phase programs in the Lilly portfolio. They will be accountable for delivery of global, integrate plan deliverables for the asset in alignment with the global strategy and plan to deliver portfolio value with quality on time, on budget and within scope. They will manage team communication, resolve barriers to success, ensure project information and documentation of key team/asset information and decisions are current in enterprise project management systems. They will provide project management and leadership. The ability to manage project work and stakeholders, and to think with a portfolio-level mentality is critical to ensure decisions are made within the larger context and contributing to the continuous advancement of LRL.
