Description & Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, results driven Quality Assurance Practice Leader to join our growing Human Capital Management development organization. As the Senior Director of Quality Assurance for the Infor HCM Suite, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions to our customers. This leadership position requires a visionary professional who can drive a global QA strategy, optimize testing processes, and foster innovation in quality practices. You will collaborate closely with the development, product management, and customer success teams to deliver world-class Human Capital Management software.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Lead and mentor a global QA organization, ensuring alignment with the development team’s objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that supports agile development practices and ensures product excellence and foster a culture of quality and accountability .
• Define and enforce quality metrics, KPIs, and testing standards.
• Engage with customer feedback to ensure quality assurance processes align with user expectations and market needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality and compliance with industry standards and adheres to regulatory and security requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience leading large, global QA organizations within a software development environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and QA automation tools.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
