We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager for Software to join our team in Kanata, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Embedded Software Development, SATCOM Product Development, DevOps, and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards for software development, security, and quality assurance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering and cyber security
  • Be proficient with Agile, JIRA and other software development and management tools.
    The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
