SUMMARY:
The Senior Employee (HR) Navigator is part of the People Services (HR Shared Services) team. This role serves as a liaison/triage for our Employee Concerns supporting team members across Children’s Health providing a concierge experience. The person in this role must be a demonstrated self-starter, a role model for customer service, and a decisive, results-oriented professional with a track record of success. The Sr Employee Navigator must have strong abilities to develop and manage relationships across the system with a wide variety of clients based on trust, teamwork, and a comprehensive knowledge of CHST policies. Experience with employee relations, policy review and HR generalist role preferred.

Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Required

Responsibilities:
Receive and triage incoming employee concern
Review Unemployment claims and provide needed information at the direction
Ensures timely and complete responses to inquiries through email, phone, chat, or other communication
Conducts rounding in all markets to promote a collaborative solution to questions and issues regarding services offered
Solicits feedback and follows up timely to completely resolve issues and close loop on pending requests to meet or exceed service level agreement
Support other operations initiatives and process documentation needs across the team
Timely management of ad hoc requests to COE team
This is a full-time position.
