KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Engineering, Civil or relevant degree related to project management and/or construction is required
• Minimum 8 years of relevant planning experience and working in sites
• Advanced training courses in latest versions of Primavera, including EPPM
• Professional knowledge in construction methods and procedures
• Professional knowledge in project planning and scheduling software
• Good ability in analyzing and solving issues effectively
• A robust collaborator and effective team player
• Delivery-oriented professional with proven records of delivering success
• Strong written and oral communication
• Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
• Highly skilled in team management and able to work cohesively as part of the wider organization
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proven ability to handle complex projects with a focus on results
• Well experienced in scheduling and planning for construction projects
• Demonstrate good project management skills provided with high ability of data gathering and assessment
• Well experienced in contract management and record keeping
