REQUIRED SKILLS

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in management roles.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage in architectural and design discussions.
• Experience with the agile methodology and served as the team’s facilitator/scrum master.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Expertise with Ruby on Rails
