The effectiveness, scope, and depth of our Enterprise Capacity Planning teams have, and will continue to be, a competitive advantage for the company. We directly support the core strategy of our customer-facing teams across the company to make it easier for our customers to do business with us. As a Sr. Enterprise Capacity Planning Analyst, you will monitor and report on the experience of the customer journey to simplify it and unlock organizational scale by building robust reporting that leads to actionable insights that uphold and advance the company’s gold standard.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Knowledge and experience with:
• SAP, CPQ, SFDC, Advanced Excel, Construct/Maintain SQL queries, Genesys Cloud, Verint, Generative AI, data lake (EDP).
• Data visualization tools (Tableau/DOMO/Power BI)
• Deliver data-driven insights and solutions to generate cost savings, reduce waste, and shorten lead times for product delivery and revenue generation.
• Standardize global data reporting processes.
• Establish and maintain strong communication and relationships with teams across the global IES & GSS organizations to create datasets, reports, and processes for informed decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level reports with findings and recommendations.
