Are you a seasoned ETL developer with a passion for problem-solving, utilizing advanced technical skills, and delivering comprehensive solutions from the ground up? This is an excellent opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to lead the maintenance and enhancement of our data warehousing environment and spearhead new projects involving data extraction and analysis. In this role, you will report to the VP, Digital Strategy & Transformation and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions across the organization.
To ensure success as an ETL Developer, you should possess extensive expertise in coding languages and data warehouse architecture, coupled with the ability to articulate your ideas effectively. We are looking for a professional with 3-6 years of proven success in interpreting business needs, designing robust frameworks, and leveraging technical skills (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI (DAX/PQ), VBA) to execute initiatives that address business challenges and enhance the company’s reporting infrastructure.

ETL DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 3-6 years of progressive experience in business problem identification, data extraction, and transformation.
• 3-6 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration and working effectively as both an individual contributor and team leader.
• 2-5 years of experience with advanced reporting tools, primarily Power BI and Excel.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, with expertise in various methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and supporting languages/formats, including XML, JSON, HTML/JavaScript, and frameworks like Pandas, Numpy, and Flask, with experience working with API endpoints and utilizing RPA techniques.
• Experience working with Salesforce and Zoominfo is highly regarded.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to understand and address the company’s big-picture data needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Engage in consultations across all divisions and functions to comprehensively understand the company’s need for additional automation and process improvement projects.
• Extracting and transforming company data from various sources and loading into the warehousing environment, including the need for building views and stored procedures.
• Conducting rigorous testing of the storage system post-data transfer to ensure integrity.
• Developing advanced visual representations of extracted data in Power BI, covering both financial and operational domains.
• Managing and enhancing peripheral systems that generate both transactional and operational data.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to reporting or ETL processes.
