Overview:
The RiverSpring Living campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.
RiverSpring Living is seeking a highly organized and skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the President & CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant in a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex documents, including financial and legal reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to sensitive inquiries effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with a solid understanding of basic algebra and geometry
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President & CEO, managing their calendar and communication.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments, board members, and the outside community.
- Attend meetings as a representative of the President & CEO and take minutes as required.
- Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, scanning, and phone communications.
- Handle matters related to the Board of Directors, including maintaining contact lists and preparing materials for meetings.
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements and verify time cards through the Kronos Payroll System.
- Coordinate scheduling and arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage travel arrangements, including registrations, itineraries, and car services.
