Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of Group Human Resources, the incumbent will support the portfolio of Group Pre-Service Awards under the guidance of the Manager, Group Scholarships and Awards. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • To support the administration of annual pre-service scholarship projection exercise, relating to:
  • coordinating the annual scholarship projection;
  • planning the interview board;
  • supporting the pre-service scholarship publicity efforts; and
  • supporting the verification of quarterly expenditure charges for scholars and charge outs to institutions.
  • To support NHG’s branding and campus efforts for pre-service scholarships:
  • coordinating NHG outreach efforts, and to collaborate with internal stakeholders, where applicable; and
  • supporting efforts to enhance NHG branding efforts, especially campus recruitment.
  • To support event management for various NHG recognition platforms, e.g. NHG Awards Ceremony, etc.
  • To support the administrative claims for NHG development awards and other related administrative work.
  • To support any other duties as assigned, e.g. ad-hoc projects to improve current work processes, beyond HR and not limited to within the NHG cluster institutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably possesses a Diploma in a Business Administration or Human Resources-related discipline
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development-related role
  • Demonstrated project management, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
  • Prior experience in managing scholarships and awards portfolio will be advantageous
