Description:

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or relevant field.
  • Interested in Strategy/ Corporate Development/Business & data analysis or similar function
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in microsoft office (Especially Power BI)
  • Financial modelling and cost management
  • Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analytics
  • Developing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of contracts within the organization. This includes drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • oversee compliance with contractual obligations during the execution phase.
  • monitor contract performance, payments, and financial implications. They may be involved in budgeting and forecasting related to contracts.
  • Continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures
  • identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
  • Ensures that the Project contract administration needs, objectives, and requirements are aligned with the Operation team.
  • Advises the Operation Team, Procurement Manager, and other stakeholders on any deviations from contract requirements during Project execution.
  • Analyzes contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities related to contract clauses especially financial related matters.
  • Proposes alternative contract provisions to mitigate risks and negotiates with customers using persuasive arguments.
  • Coordinates with the Operation Team, participates in meetings, reviews drafts, revises, and maintains records of all contractual correspondence exchanged with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and authorities during project execution.
  • Assesses supplier/subcontractor claims for entitlement and variation orders according to contract requirements.
