Description:
Family Group: Administration
You will support the Group Pharmacy Office to drive strategic planning and professional development initiatives for the pharmacy professional group, with the aim to advance pharmacy practice to enable holistic care beyond medication use for the population. You will provide administrative and project management support, including conceptualisation, planning, development and implementation of initiatives at the cluster level to drive professional development, care integration and transformation, in alignment with the cluster and national strategies.
A. EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
- Recognised degree in Pharmacy or any related disciplines with at least 3-5 years of experience in public healthcare
- Knowledge in data analysis will be an advantage
- In-depth appreciation of the ecosystem and challenges in the public healthcare sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate strategic planning and work plans development through systematic information gathering, data analysis and alignment with cluster and national goals
- Prepare presentation and meeting materials, draft minutes of meetings and follow up on matters arising
- Participate or lead in assigned cluster level workgroups / projects and facilitate meetings / discussions
- Manage assigned projects to ensure that work plan progresses according to the objectives and scope within the stipulated time and budget
- Engage and collaborate with internal / external stakeholders
- Analyse data and evaluate outcomes of work plans
- Provide updates / seek approval from senior management where necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
