About the Job:

• Create, Improve, and Implement maintenance programs for all utility equipment.
• Monitors Facility Equipment Capacity and reacts with necessary action when approaching 80%.
• Ensures availability of N+1 and Critical spare parts are maintained for system reliability.
• Implement safety practices and 6s to reduce or eliminate incidents/accidents from happening.
• Generates and maintains the necessary Documentation like Work Instructions, Procedures, Checklist, and Monitoring log sheet needed for the facility’s operation in compliance with ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with government permits as required by PEZA.
• Monitor regular safety audits are conducted monthly, and action items are implemented.
• Direct subordinates regarding activities of the facility support group.
• Ensure that the plant and its surrounding area are maintained to its highest level of cleanliness.
• Ensure that firefighting equipment is in good running condition and is regularly inspected and tested.
• Act as assistant fire chief in our ERT organization

About You:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Course, preferably licensed engineer
• At least 8 (Eight) years’ experience in facility maintenance in a semiconductor/electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the following mechanical systems:
• HVAC – Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
• CDA- Compressed Dry Air
• PVAC – Process Vacuum
• RODI- Deionized Water
• WTP- Waste Treatment Plant
• PCW- Process Cooling Water
• Clean Rooms
• Chilled Water Systems
• Good physical health and fitness for work on shift schedules
• Good communication, human relations, and leadership skills.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 14000 standards, systems
• Good English skills
• Computer literate with knowledge in auto-cad program
• Inclined knowledge of TPM, Reliability Based Maintenance, LEAN, and Six Sigma.
