Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Manager, Facilities will be responsible for leading the management of Corporate and North America brands facilities. This role will engage across all departments and levels as it relates to facilities and office support. Areas could include appearance, construction, maintenance and repair. Including but not limited to, the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, building and other facilities. This leader will be responsible for managing Office Services. Activities to include Planning, budgeting and scheduling all facility modification including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. Must be able to review and interpret construction plans/drawings and engineering calculations concerning structural, mechanical and architectural issues and designs. Provides assistance and recommendation of alternate methods of construction as needed. This role will provide recommendations and reporting to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Master’s degree MBA or related field preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 7+ years related experience in sourcing and Facilities with progressively increasing responsibilities required. This role requires someone with leadership experience, business savvy, and the ability to influence spend decisions is required. Cruise line experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Experience in maintenance trades, knowledge of all section of the Florida Building Code, Business codes
  • Familiarity with telecommunication equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task
  • Must be able to review and interpret construction plans/drawings and engineering calculations concerning structural, mechanical and architectural issues and designs
