We are looking for a Field & Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of a Field Marketing Plan to drive pipeline and bookings growth for the Northeast region. This position will focus on driving high impact campaigns and programs, continually testing and evaluating success and making necessary adjustments to the plan. The goal is to generate high quality pipelines, stimulate acceleration of the sales cycle and build/strengthen customer relationships and preference for the Pure Storage (Pure) brand, both directly and through partners.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Regional leadership, Pure Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, partners, and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment between the marketing plan and Pure Storage’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the marketing field with 5+ years experience managing best-in-class marketing programs.
  • Experience creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company to gain new customers and build repeat business.
  • Experience working with and marketing with partners and alliances
  • Experience organizing local and regional events.
  • Proactive self-starter, strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities and a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Embraces change and possesses a growth mindset.
  • Customer-first and results-oriented.
  • Data-driven. Experience in using data and analytics to guide marketing strategy and measure success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build business cases as needed to influence executive decisions. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management, peers, and external agencies, while paying close attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
  • Excellence in budget and project management.
  • Track record of scaling small budgets that drive quantifiable results.
  • The candidate must be willing and able to travel within the US.
  • You will be based in New York. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3-4 days a week. As outlined in Pure’s Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
    The annual base salary range is: $153,000-$230,000.
    Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
    This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
