Description:

KEY EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:

  • 3-4 years’ proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential
  • DDC experience: - Knowledge of DDC and controls systems
  • Electrical experience: - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
  • Instrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applications
  • Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures
  • Commissioning experience – knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant

Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
  • Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
  • Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
  • Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
  • Pre-sales support for implementation projects.
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
  • Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant
  • Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces
  • Estimates materials costs and quantities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
