• Develop & manage Financial Business plan and Budget
• Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments, Optimize working capital by managing accounts receivable, accounts payable
• Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
• Serve as a liaison between our global offices.
• Responsible of timely closure of statutory audit and adherence of IFRS Accounting Standards
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and international accounting standards, including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant laws
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing them with relevant financial information and addressing their concerns.
• Identify and assess financial risks related to market fluctuations, credit, and liquidity.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, HR, Academic, Shared Service team and Corporate F&A Team) to align financial strategies with business objectives.
