Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst & Asset Manager to join our client’s team. This role will be based in Boynton Beach, Florida. The primary job function will involve asset management and financial analysis for real estate development projects. The Sr. Financial Analyst & Asset Manager will also be tasked with operational duties for assets across the east coast and southeastern US.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of real estate assets to align with investment objectives and maximize returns
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including tracking property performance and reporting on cash flow, budgets, and profit/loss projections
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure effective day-to-day operations, such as leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, including acquisition, disposition, and capital improvements to enhance property value
  • Monitor market trends, manage risks, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize Excel to track team’s KPI’s and provide custom analysis based on reporting
  • Contribute to the implementation of new software
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis
  • Demonstrated ability in Portfolio Performance evaluation
  • Experience in Cash Flow Analysis and Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Proficient in Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Understanding and experience in Profit and Loss reporting
  • Strong skills in Client Communications
  • Experience in Client Reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
