Sr. Financial Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Analyst supports FP&A and Accounting with financial modeling, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and special projects.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 4-8 years of related experience in financial analysis or Accounting
• Infor CSI ERP experience a plus
• Experience working with financial statements and general accounting concepts
• Highly proficient in Excel, including the use of financial models, pivot tables, graphs, and complex formulas

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and interpretation of financial data
• Excellent project manager; highly organized; drives projects to completion; strong collaborator
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and driven to produce results with tight deadlines and with maximum quality
  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
  TRAVEL: None.
  EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Must be able to operate computer and other office machines as the job requires.
  PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting or standing at a desk for long periods. May require lifting up to 5 pounds. Requires manual agility sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, telephone and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
  MENTAL DEMANDS:Must handle diverse work problems on a daily basis. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Company.
  WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a typical office setting. This position may require to work outside of typical office hours on an as needed basis.
