Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Conducts financial and market analysis for Licensing with a focus on pricing components in General Licensing (GL) Licenses and maximizing revenue. Reviews financial data and licensing agreements to understand trends and communicates opportunities for improvement. Assists management at various stages of licensing market review analysis. Recommends updates to pricing strategies across multiple markets, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing structures.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of financial analysis, pricing strategy, and related systems skills.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create analyses and high-level presentations.
  • Data management skills in modern data environments and experience with Excel, SQL, SSRS, PowerBI or Visual Basic to pull data from systems and create data sets for analysis as needed.
  • Understanding of Accounting concepts, including revenue recognition and accrual adjustments to review results and project impact.
  • Ability to present complex data to various levels of management with the ability to adjust to appropriate audience.
  • Problem solving-ability to assess projects and apply the best analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret legal documents and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Quantitative skills supporting conclusions with data results.
  • Strategic thinker, data-driven pricing expert.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
  • Ability to organize large amounts of raw data in meaningful summarizations.
