Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the construction industry to find a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a full time, permanent position in DTC. It is hybrid after training (1 day WFH), and is paying $100-125k. Additional information and job requirements are below. Assist the CFO in all financial management functions, including accounting operations, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Heavy involvement in WIP, % completion, job costing, change orders, POs, loan draws, and more.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Variance analysis, data analysis, ad hoc projects.
Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications (bolded items are nonnegotiable, italicized are highly preferred ):
Bachelor’s degre e in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or CMA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting within the construction industry.
Experience specifically with loan draws or loan programs
Experience with a software implementation
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel, Spectrum , Sage Intacct, etc.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with senior management.
