Sr. Financial Analyst

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to the accounting processes of the organization, including data analysis, and automation of data export into Excel. This role will sit within the financial industry and will require a high level of proficiency in various skills including business systems and data mining techniques.

• Perform day-to-day functions tied to the organization’s accounting processes
• Utilize Alteryx resources for interim work
• Build and automate data export into Excel
• Conduct heavy data analysis to support decision making
• Employ knowledge of CRM and Crystal Reports to manage and report on customer data
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large sets of data
• Provide support in auditing and budget processes
• Ensure adherence to accounting functions and capital management
• Use ‘About Time’ software for effective time management
• Perform other duties as assigned, related to the role of a Sr. Financial Analyst
• Proficiency in Business Systems
• Experience with Confluence software
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work with Crystal Reports
• Proficient in Data Mining Techniques
• Experience with About Time software
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Understanding and experience in Auditing
• Experience with Budget Processes
• Knowledge of Capital Management.
