Sr. Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a high-caliber (Sr.) Financial Analyst who is interested in joining a sharp team and adding value to the overall business. This is an on-site role in Columbia, SC. The (Sr) Financial Analyst provides data analysis of financial and operational metrics to management.

• Compile and report on creation costs for new customers
• Evaluate and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and sales professionals
• Conduct analysis on key company metrics
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and Board Meeting packages
• Contribute to the preparation of the budget
• Provide expert assistance on database-related matters to the accounting team
• Maintain and create reporting dashboards in Power BI
• Prepare ad hoc reports on financial and operational metrics
• Use skills such as Ad Hoc Financial Analysis, Complex Financial Analysis, Financial Analysis, Power BI, Power Business Intelligence, Oracle SQL, Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling to perform other related duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3years of experience in a similar role as a Financial Analyst.
• Proficiency in Ad Hoc Financial Analysis.
• Experience in executing complex financial analysis.
• Demonstrated skills in financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using Power BI preferred.
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL preferred.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong background in financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
