Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role operates within the manufacturing industry and will require the successful candidate to provide financial analysis and use their expertise in excel and large ERP software. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for creating cash flow forecasts, managing multi-entity financials, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to aid in financial planning
  • Manage financials across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and efficient record keeping
  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and income statements
  • Utilize skills in Business Systems, Confluence, and CRM to optimize workflow and data management
  • Generate reports and employ Data Mining Techniques to extract key insights
  • Use time management and project tracking systems.
  • Perform Accounting Functions, such as auditing, to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Participate in Budget Processes, contributing to the creation and management of financial plans
  • Assist in Capital Management, providing insights to optimize the use of financial resources.
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/related

Possess expertise in business systems

  • Must have strong data mining techniques
  • Proficient in accounting functions
  • Experience in auditing is necessary
  • Must be skilled in budget processes
  • Proficiency in capital management is required.
