The role will be responsible for the generation of labor plans for Victoria’s Secret North America stores. As a result, the role has a direct impact on associate and customer experience. This role will work cross functionally with Store Operations, Regional and District Managers, and other cross-functional Finance partners. Expect consistent communication with Associates in the field and home office. The role is also responsible for weekly business reporting including Sales Performance Reporting, Labor Test Reporting, and Midweek Updates.
