Job Overview
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to become a part of our Finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with the General Manager of the Instrumentation Portfolio within the Protein and Cellular Analysis Business Unit. Your contribution will be essential in driving business decisions and achieving positive results through the provision of accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the GM of the Instrumentation Portfolio, becoming a key partner in driving business decisions and outcomes
• Lead the monthly and quarterly forecast and review process, providing accurate and timely information that enhances the overall value
• Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities to drive business performance
• Support the business with financial modeling around various business cases, such as new product introductions
• Facilitate the forecast process and promote alignment among all involved parties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Equivalent experience in lieu of an advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, CPA) is considered an asset.
• Significant experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong financial modeling skills and intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing business reviews and forecast processes
• Strong ability to analyze and think critically
