Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Equivalent experience in lieu of an advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, CPA) is considered an asset.
- Significant experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong financial modeling skills and intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing business reviews and forecast processes
- Strong ability to analyze and think critically

Responsibilities:
- Support the GM of the Instrumentation Portfolio, becoming a key partner in driving business decisions and outcomes
- Lead the monthly and quarterly forecast and review process, providing accurate and timely information that enhances the overall value
- Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities to drive business performance
- Support the business with financial modeling around various business cases, such as new product introductions
- Facilitate the forecast process and promote alignment among all involved parties
