QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Equivalent experience in lieu of an advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, CPA) is considered an asset.
• Significant experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong financial modeling skills and intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing business reviews and forecast processes
• Strong ability to analyze and think critically

Your strong financial analysis skills and ability to think strategically will be vital in driving our forecasting processes, conducting thorough business reviews, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and assisting with the successful launch of new products.

• Support the GM of the Instrumentation Portfolio, becoming a key partner in driving business decisions and outcomes
• Lead the monthly and quarterly forecast and review process, providing accurate and timely information that enhances the overall value
• Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities to drive business performance
• Support the business with financial modeling around various business cases, such as new product introductions
• Facilitate the forecast process and promote alignment among all involved parties
