Overview:
The Sr Financial Analyst assists with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for senior management, board of directors, investors, lenders, and rating agencies
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports
• Track KPIs and prepare financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
• Understand key business drivers
• Assist project teams with financial guidance
• Develop financial projections and build financial models
• Perform research and analysis as required
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and accounting systems to enable quick identification of problems and solutions
• Computer literacy, with excel spreadsheet excellence
• Knowledge and experience in equipment rental/construction or logistics industry a plus
• Effective motivation, organization, and communication skills
• Self-starter, strong work ethic
• Function in a dynamic environment and set priorities
• Ability to multi-task capabilities with attention to detail
• Strong ability to meet deadline

Physical Requirements:

• Sit while driving and stand while servicing products
• Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls
• Repeat the same movements
• See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and also at greater distance
• Speak clearly so customers can understand
• Understand the speech of another person
• Focus on one source of sound and ignore others
• Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
• See differences between colors, shades and brightnes

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
