Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
A little bit about our team:
Working closely with the SVP of Worldwide Finance and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will partner with the global finance department at Warner Chappell.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Manage global consolidated reporting for all submissions – Actuals, Forecasts and Budget
  • Work with global affiliates to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Be the key global troubleshooter for the global submission process
  • Liaise with the Corporate HFM team to unlock/lock affiliates and copying data into various scenarios
  • Prepare all global financial commentaries, including understanding the key drivers impacting affiliate performance
  • Develop, monitor and analyze financial metrics and the path to metric improvements
  • Use your initiative to further streamline the consolidation and reporting process, including the collection and consolidation of affiliate commentaries
  • Own the Cash, Balance Sheet and Working Capital reporting and commentaries
  • Analyze Overheads to identify areas of overspend and opportunities for cost reductions
  • Manage global headcount consolidation and reporting, including alignment with the People team
  • Prepare Budget and Business review presentation decks for completion by affiliates
  • Assist SVP Finance and Finance Manager with Presentations
  • Be involved in global SOX reporting
  • Manage FIT – Reporting development and implementation
  • Manage all ad hoc global data requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives

About you:

  • Big 4 experience and business/accounting degree preferred
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience in accounting or financial management
  • Advanced excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with senior management and global teams
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify areas for innovation and suggest changes within the scope of the role
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, take responsibility for tasks, think outside the box and adapt to change easily
  • Demonstrate strong research, mathematical and analytical ability
  • Should be personable, easy to interact and work with

Salary Range
$85,000- $95,000/year
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
