As a Senior Financial Service Representative, you will leverage your communication skills as you effectively manage complex situations, problem solve and provide personalized advice. Member’s complex inquiries will be satisfied in a timely manner and within established service standards. Financial Services Representatives will grow through your transfer of knowledge and expertise to assure member’s needs are met, thus helping Vancity redefine wealth consistent with branch objectives. You will also bring a strong knowledge of Vancity’s policies, procedures, systems and software.
This a Permanent, Full-Time role located at Main Street Community Branch (Br 9) and reports directly to the Assistant Branch Manager.
