THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Sr. Forecasting Analyst to join our dynamic Canada Supply Chain Management team at our Mississauga office. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic link between our Walmart Sales team and external Walmart Planning and Replenishment teams, ensuring the seamless flow of products and maximizing sales opportunities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in forecasting, planning, or sales analytics, with a strong track record of increasing responsibility. Experience working with Walmart is highly recommended.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Anaplan, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP, Tableau, or Cognos, and familiarity with statistical forecasting techniques.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, apply critical thinking, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication Pro: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Proactive & Positive Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to travel as required to collaborate with customers and regional teams.
  • Growth-Oriented: Demonstrated curiosity and a growth mindset, constantly seeking to learn and improve.
