REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years experience with Flutter.
• Understand how to build lean, and scalable code that is maintainable, modularized.
• Join a 2x/week development call
• Act as self starter, are comfortable with making decisions on your own and having autonomy to make things happen
• Able to work in a startup environment with changes, modifications, and the pressure to ship often.
• Advanced English level.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sr Front End Engineer with experience working in Flutter, to be part of a team that serves our clients developing tools to measure and increase the company’s rate of innovation.
As Sr Front End Engineer, you will have the opportunity to discover, solve and deliver unique projects, significantly shaping the tech stack, engineering practices, and company culture. We place a high value on a learner’s mindset and the willingness to look at problems from a fresh perspective.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining, building out, and refactoring the front-ends.
• Pushing us towards a more stable, performance light, testable and solid front-end. We want to mature our codebases from fast ship to solidly ready.
• On a weekly release cycle.
• Building performance fixes, designing better and more consistent UIs, building product features and refinements, tests, etc.Working on building out software that solves a huge issue, and prepares people for hurricanes, wildfires, etc.
