• Able to work independently in a high stress dynamic environment
• Manage effective communication both with external remarketers and internal stakeholders
• Able to reconcile large database of excess assets and establish critical KPIs and tracking methodology
• Perform market research to establish fair market value of excess assets and hence proposal of list price
• Innovate auto reporting of KPIs pertaining to speed of assets sales
• Make recommendation to assets sales desirability to influence the disposition of assets
• Able to support tactical work to help HVM clear roadblock on tool sales
• Support internal reuse business process on cost calculation
• Establish regular review process of external excess assets for internal new purchase interception
• Establish tool obsolesces tracking business process
• Collaborate with central modelling and engineering team on managing excess assets
