QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have HR consulting experience **
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent consulting skills and strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of clients
- Excellent organizational skills and time management; ability to prioritize and execute multiple deliverables in a timely manner
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience leading complex HR projects and programs
Responsibilities:
- Consult and provide expert advice to clients on a range of human resource activities, including policies and procedures, compensation, compliance, employee relations, culture, talent management, coaching, training, employee retention, benefits, recruiting, and change management.
- Gather, analyze, and share applicable data with clients (i.e., turnover statistics, exit interviews, etc.)
- Complete Human Resource projects and priorities for both the People Architects organization as well as our clients; oversee tasks and projects assigned to other members of the team.
- Provide clients with documentation of research, observations, and recommendations.
