The Senior Management Consultant, Knowledge Management is a seasoned human capital professional with a desire to enable Helios’ growth, playing a strategic role for Helios’ internal operations and our client experiences. The Senior Management Consultant, Knowledge Management stays abreast of HR and Recruiting industry trends/insights, to include regulatory changes which impact our client base, and pro-actively disseminates this information to our consulting teams. This role works with leadership around information architecture, technology, and the overall structure and use of the company’s tools and resources to allow our Consulting team members to operate efficiently in their client engagements. Additionally, the Senior Management Consultant, Knowledge Management is responsible for the management of our HR Resource Center operations and focuses on a positive customer experience while leveraging data/insights gained through Resource Center to inform business decisions. As Helios continues to grow, this team member will serve to enable our growth by leveraging the robust knowledge across the team to create efficiencies in our business operations and demonstrate the value of a partnership with Helios HR to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Has a strong understanding of employment law compliance
  • Ability to influence peers, clients, and executive leaders on strategic matters.
  • Demonstrates the ability to be collaborative and consistently demonstrates consensus building.
  • Senior Professional Certification or Multiple Certifications is preferred
  • Government contracting industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication clearly, concisely, and confidently with all levels of employees and management at Helios and clients and through concise documentation.

Knowledge Resource Management

  • Stay informed of HR and Recruiting industry trends, to include regulatory changes, which impact our client base
  • Develop and manage a process for disseminating relevant updates to our internal consulting teams
  • Develop and manage a process for providing consultant teams and/or the marketing team (as appropriate) with client ready communications to inform impacted clients of significant updates
  • Maintain a database of Helios knowledge resources - templates, toolkits, SharePoint sites for knowledge sharing
  • Keep delivery tools and templates (for example: handbook templates and HR Assessment templates) up to date with regulatory changes
  • Maintain a database of approved vendors/partners for client referral or service support; identify new partners as appropriate
  • Partner with consulting team and marketing to develop and maintain Helios IP - models
  • Capture HR and Recruiting best practices in knowledge resources
  • Serve as a resource to employees to educate on what resources are available/where to find them, to include new hire training for new team members
  • Participate in Friday weekly team meetings to collaborate with consulting teams, taking action items to continue to add value and stay abreast of client challenge

Resource Center Operations

  • Manage the Resource Center operations, serve as a lead consultant for customer inquiries on day-to-day HR and Recruiting advice and counsel, leaning on SMEs as needed
  • Collect data from resource center, prepare metrics and evaluate trends to make informed recommendations to Helios leadership
  • Conduct the initial intake for new business opportunities that come through the Resource Center; serve as the primary point of contact through the sales process for less complex engagement opportunities

Thought Leadership

  • Attend webinars
  • Write blogs, newsletters, and additional content as needed in line with marketing guidelines
  • Participate in speaking event as a SME
