The HR Services Administrator and Regional Support will manage HR Admin activities for the Romania office and plant site and particular regional HR Admin activities. Liaise with HRG/HRM, Payroll and Back Office teams to make sure smooth delivery of HR Admin activities at the site level. Take part in regional projects and activities as per the need.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior HR administrative experience - Minimum 2 years; Proven experience in T&A and Benefits management
- Technical Skills: Experience with HR Admin tools and systems
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Key Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
- Experience in working in ambiguous situations and ability in taking decisions
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution
- Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner

- Management of Contingent Service Workers’ record - Oracle profile creation, update, termination
- ServiceNow catalogue updates
- Oracle upgrade user acceptance testing
- SOX reporting and audits
- SOP revision and updates
- Participation in HR projects
- Processing Oracle transaction
- Process medical certificates for Pipera and Plant site
- Benefits Administration
- Pre-employment screening for new hires in Pipera and Bucharest Plant
- Onboarding for all Pipera new hires
- HR Admin for small countries and HRC
