Description:
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Senior HR Shared Services Specialist will be the face of the Human Resources function to employees and internal HR stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. The Senior Specialist will provide excellent customer service through phone and digital interactions. The Senior Specialist will identify and implement process improvements, support the growth and development of HR Shared Services Specialists, respond to escalations, and be the point of contact for assigned zones and processes. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
This position is onsite based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
The salary for this position is $22.64/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with HR Partners in assigned zone including responding to escalations, cascading information, and acting as their point-of-contact.
- Assist employees via phone and digital by answering questions and updating items related to their employee record such as changes to direct deposit accounts, tax withholdings, and address.
- Assist HR stakeholders via digital platform by processing/auditing cases related to employee assignments such as changes to titles, compensation, and reporting structure.
- Effectively manage assigned processes such as New Hire I-9s, Unemployment Insurance cases, and reporting.
- Develop HR Shared Services Specialists including training related to onboarding, processes, productivity, and service. Act as mentor to Specialists.
- Analyze trends and processes to drive change, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
- Provide training to New Hire HRBP’s on various functions.
