Team Overview:
You will partner with Sales team of 500-600 ppl locally and globally to develop and implement specific HR programs directly aligned to business strategy including performance management, career development, cultural initiatives, etc. Additionally, you will act as an employee advocate - ensuring that employees and managers are able to express concerns in a manner that is respectful of all individuals and supportive of our goal to be “The Employer of Choice.”
Role Responsibilities:
- Thought partnership: Be a pragmatic thought-partner to leadership on people topics: We invest a significant amount of time to first understand function objectives and dynamics and meanwhile partner with leaders to analyze and make complex decisions in Org, Talent, Engagement that ultimately well align with business function objectives.
- Organization effectiveness, efficiency, and change management: partner with leaders to evolve organizational design that improves collaborations, efficiency, and talent capability building. It ranges from organization structure, workforce planning / optimization that allows sustainable growth, position design, and talent allocations. Moreover, we are to drive meticulous change management which is essential to success of landing the org changes.
- Talent Strategy: at function level we design and implement creative and customized initiatives to address opportunities identified in talent pipeline.
- Master the People Cycle: Develop and execute People Cycle agenda in full excellence, ensuring alignment to the global and regional priorities and nuances at each of the step.
- Engagement & HR Communications: we manage engagement tools and initiatives to ensure we are constantly on top of team dynamics and supporting leaders to address opportunities. We also take full ownership of communications of People topics within the function to ensure key messages are efficiency and precisely delivered.
- People OKR: Define and track People OKRs with business leaders which they are accountable for achieveing. Create & implement initiatives that serve as enablers them to achieve People Objectives.
- Global HR capability development: As a unique global HRBP team ourselves, we make significant contributions to the development of HR policies / process / tools continuous improvement by working with HQ COE teams on finding and addressing opportunities for DiDi International Business Group.
Role Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience in medium-large scale businesses. Experience in regional/global scope is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation/influence to managers and employees on (some or all of) issues regarding staffing, compensation, employee relations, policies and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, work and provide practical solutions to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects and connect these initiatives to higher strategy and context that are also simultaneously evolving.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with stakeholders as well as HR counterparts (HR COE, HR Ops, etc.).
- Culturally open-minded and savvy collaborator with eagerness to grow in a rapid, diverse environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; advanced English, Spanish and Mandarin as working lauguage.
